1. This website, as well as the supporting idea, has been solely developed by our company. All the expenses arising out of maintaining the site, including advertising costs, are also defrayed by our company.
2. IVARTV.com herein contains embedded YouTube videos (as the code has been enabled and provided by YouTube itself) and consequently, watching any video on our site increases the number of the corresponding video views on YOUTUBE.com. If the video is monetized therein, revenues generated on YouTube will increase accordingly.
Our company does not have any material benefits from the increase in the number of views of a particular video on YouTube and is by no means associated or involved with creating or presenting YouTube user statistics, granting a license to publish or reproduce one's work, royalty shares, copyright or distribution of income generated as such on YouTube.
3. For the above reasons, all the revenues generated on this (our) website go to our company - for the time being. We say, for the time being, because there is a possibility for the revenues to be split between our company and the artists, but certain conditions must be predefined. First of all and most important is that musicians, for the sake of their own music's popularity, must cross that bridge when they come to it and apply a more active approach towards winning the potential audience, i.e. those ones who their music is assumed to be heard and seen by. Opportunities for getting promoted must not be missed either. Some might say that there are other fish in the sea and that good things come to those who wait, but it isn't always the case.
4. Should the advertisement revenues be shared between our company and all the artists having videos embedded on our website, the income must not be divided into equal parts among musicians. They would have to share revenues on their own merits instead. For example, it makes sense that he who has more video views earns more, but it also makes sense that he, whose video's presence contributes to increasing people's interest and gravitation to this network, gets his share as well.
It is, therefore, necessary for musicians to participate actively, not to passively watch others do their homework and spend their own time and money trying to come through.
We will go as far as we can and as for now, we cannot go any further than this. What is going to happen in the (hopefully) near future, will fortune favour the bold or not, remains to be seen.
